Sea Star - Seabrook Island, SC

Let us introduce you to one of our newest projects: meet, Sea Star! 🌟 This coastal property is a dream come true, and one that Gabi has sought out for years. The timing and the market just never seemed to align for a beachside house, but the day finally came early last year. We purchased this little beauty on 2/1/22, and if the numerology lines up, we’re here for it at AweVida! 

The property is a 1979 elevated beach house just a few steps from the ocean. At just over 1200 square feet, it’s cozy — the space offers everything we need and nothing we don’t! Star will surely serve as the home to quality time with family and friends and breezy afternoons by the water. We loved incorporating star details on the front of the porch.
